HIIT-timer is a timer to support your high-intensity interval (HIIT) training - also known as high-intensity intermittent exercise (HIIE) or sprint interval training (SIT).
The timer supports four different sections:
- Warm up
- High intensity
- Low intensity / break
- Cool down
A complete interval consists of a high and a low intensity section and the number of passages is adjustable.
The app provides different sounds, even 3-beeps and 5-beeps to indicate the and of an interval section.
